I'm Will, the CEO of Krew Home Inspectors, and I have over 28 years experience in most facets of residential home construction. I started my career as a labourer and worked my way up through the ranks and into management roles culminating in my ownership of two companies.

I understand the importance of communication, leadership, client relationships, quality workmanship and professional conduct.

From a young age, my fascination with all things mechanical and my admiration for my father's expertise in home renovation projects drove me. As soon as I had the opportunity, I secured a position with a local landscaping company, where I continued to develop my skills across various trades, deepening my understanding of the home building process .

With time, I took the bold step of establishing my own successful Design, Renovate, Build Company. Over the course of 12 years, we excelled in completing investigative assessments, repairs, renovations, and full house builds. Helping people has always been my life's purpose.

Driven by this aspiration, I made the decision to further my education and obtain my Home Inspector designation. Now, after 5 strong years, Krew Home Inspectors continues to fulfill its mission of aiding people in need.

Krew Home Inspectors is the only Ottawa based inspection company that also offers Tarion Warranty Consulting. A home's components and Tarion warranty are often intimidating to the client. My job is to successfully inform and educate to a reasonable understanding within a limited timeline

My approach for a home inspection is to investigate the major components of the home and inform the client as to my findings both verbally and in a written report.

As a Tarion Warranty Representative, I have conducted assessments at every stage of warranty, including Major Structural Defects and the review of owner's 30-Day Warranty submissions. As the main point of contact for all assigned cases, I have managed all aspects of the warranty review process, starting from file evaluation to conducting initial visits and determining warrantability.

Working with Tarion has provided me with extensive expertise, equipping me with comprehensive knowledge, tools, and a deep understanding of Tarion's requirements, policies, and Construction Performance Guidelines. This experience has allowed me to develop a superior understanding of the industry and its standards.
